This policy applies to all bookings, inquiries, and communications made through Travel Eleven (traveleleven.in).
If a traveler cancels a confirmed booking, refund eligibility depends on the number of days remaining before departure and any non-refundable vendor commitments already made.
If we cancel a trip due to operational reasons, low participation, or safety concerns, travelers may be offered a refund, credit note, or alternative departure.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment mode.
